National Immunization Schedule

Dear Parents,

We have received information from the local government hospital that under the “National Immunization Schedule” students of Balsam shall be administered vaccination in Balsam Academy. Below are the names of the vaccination according to the age group.

Kindly fill the consent slip sent through the child and send it back to the Homeroom teacher through your child on 05.08.2022. We expect all the parents to bring children without fail on 06.08.2022 – Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 01.00 p.m.
