Kruthika Mohan is keen on contributing to India’s transformative educational journey. She has been shaped by her experiences in life and academic achievements. She holds an undergraduate degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK and a master’s in Management from Cranfield University, UK. Her practical experience spans various industrial projects and business development roles at esteemed organisations such as Decathlon, India and Marsh Risk Consultancy, London.

Inspired by her grandfather’s belief in the power of education to combat poverty and foster national progress, Kruthika has always valued education. Her initial engagement in the education sector as a project coordinator with WWF India involved facilitating educational programs in government schools across Karnataka. This experience highlighted the challenges these schools face and underscored the critical role of education in providing a foundation for students’ futures.

In the past two years, Kruthika has gained deep insights into the education sector through her participation in prominent educational conferences. She recognises that while schools strive to offer excellent curricula and state-of-the-art infrastructure, student well-being is often overlooked. In today’s competitive environment, the stress levels among young learners are a significant concern.
Kruthika advocates for holistic student development, emphasising the importance of understanding the distinction between living and merely earning a livelihood. She envisions a world where children are free from the pressures of depression and detachment, experiencing joy and curiosity in their learning.

Kruthika is enthusiastic about the potential of emerging technological trends, such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Quantum Computing, alongside the Ministry of Education’s focus on holistic and inclusive education. She is eager to contribute to significant societal changes in the education sector in the coming years.

Kruthika sees immense potential for the school’s future. She aims to share her creative vision through measurable strategic plans, fostering the development of conscious young leaders.
