Dear parents and students of Grade 10,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about our study plan for the upcoming week (December 26th to 31st) These days of preparation can be extremely beneficial for the upcoming exams if we utilize them productively. To help support and guide students, we have formed 8 mentoring groups, each with a mentor teacher who will be available to assist and answer any questions.

Teachers will:

1. Share 10 sample papers with answer keys (2 papers per subject)
2. Provide assistance and support to students when needed
3. Stay connected with parents and students in their respective mentor groups
4. Conduct online classes if required

Parents can support by:

1. Sitting with the child /children and creating a study schedule for a week
2. Ensuring that children minimize the use of electronic devices
3. Ensuring that children eat and sleep on time to rest their bodies and minds, taking short breaks between studies
4. Encouraging regular exercise
5. Solving at least 1 or 2 sample papers per day and asking for more if required
6. Having access to materials in printed form to reduce screen time
7. Downloading answer keys, evaluating papers, and clearing up any doubts
8. Attending phone calls from teachers with promptness
9. Reporting daily to the mentors and keeping them well-informed about behaviour and attitude of the child/children

Students can also create their own study plans and utilize their time productively. For assistance in designing a study plan, students are encouraged to speak with their mentor.
