Sankalpam Instructions

Dear Parents,

We request to make a note of the following in reference to the cultural events – Sankalpam -15.08.2019.

1. The parents must drop the participants after simple lunch at 12.15pm in the school.
2. Follow the instructions for the dress code
3. Please carry filled in water bottles.

Note for all the audience

1. Park the vehicles in an orderly way.
2. Ensure that you carry your tickets along to the venue and get the tickets punched at the welcome desk.
3. Ensure that you are seated in the venue at 5.40 pm, sharp.
4. Ensure that you keep your mobile in silent mode.
5. Stay in your seats and watch the entire show.
6. Allow the photographers and videographers to move around and capture the event.
7. Kindly carry a filled in water bottle to avoid paper waste
8. Please pick the children after the completion of the events as per the instructions
9. Do not ask for early pick up your children.

We request you to extend utmost cooperation to all members during and after the event.
