LOC – Data Submission and checking

September 18th, 2020 /balsam user

Dear parents of Graders 9 & 10.

Our sincere thanks to all the parents for extending great support to teachers and students till date. 

The link to submit List of Candidates for this academic year is open and schools are expected to provide accurate information. We had created a google link for parents and students to furnish the details and scanned copy of relevant documents on 10.09.20 (Thursday). Please fill and submit the google form by 19.09.2020 if you have not completed yet.

We invite you to visit the school as per the slots given below to verify the details to be submitted on the portal for online submission. Photographs of students will be taken too.

Please note that the students must be neatly dressed in sports uniforms.

On 23.09.20 (Wednesday)
G 10 A & B       Roll no. 01 – 10  09.30 am – 10.30 am 
                            Roll no. 11 – 20  11.00 am – 12.00 pm
                            Roll no. 21 – 33     01.00 pm – 02.30 pm
On 24.09.20 (Thursday)
G 9 A & B          Roll no. 01 – 10  09.30 am – 10.30 am 
                            Roll no. 11 – 20  11.00 am – 12.00 pm
                            Roll no. 21 – 34   01.00 pm – 02.30 pm

Do adhere to the time slots mentioned above as we have to follow safety norms during your visit. Do wear masks and carry necessary documents for verification.
