Cultural Event Rehearsals, Final Rehearsal and Event Day Details

Dear Parents/Guardians,

With our Cultural Event just around the corner, we’re sharing key information for both the final rehearsal and the main event.

Rehearsal (26.10.2023 & 27.10.2023):
• Pick-up Time – 04:40 PM from school
• Transport details for school bus users will be shared in respective WhatsApp groups.

Final Rehearsal (28.10.2023):
• Drop Time: 09:00 AM at school
• Pick-up Time – 06:30 PM from school [For non-transport users]
• Dress Code: House uniform
• Please provide snacks, fruit, lunch, cloth napkin, and a water bottle.
• Transport details for school bus users will be shared in respective WhatsApp groups.

Event Day (29.10.2023):
• Drop Time: 12:30 PM at school [Both transport and non-transport users must be dropped by the
parents]
• Pick-up Time: After the event (estimated time – 08:45 PM)
• Attire: Sports uniform with clean, oil-free hair
• Essential items: Hand sanitiser, cloth napkins, face wash, hair comb, water bottle, and bag
(please label all items).
• Ensure your child has lunch at home before arriving.

On the event day, kindly remind your child to look after their belongings. Please refrain from sending valuable items, as costumes and accessories will be provided by the school. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. After the event, please gather in the designated area for timely child pickup.
