Pre-Mid Term exam instructions – (Grade 6 to 8)

Dear parents and students of Grade 6, 7 & 8,

Please be informed that the Pre-Mid Term for the academic year 2021 will be conducted from 23^rd – 30^th July 2021. Timetable and portions are shared in the respective announcement classrooms. Kindly read the instructions carefully and comprehend. We trust you will take these tests and uphold the school’s assessment policy.

Instructions to follow

1. Use a long size ruled paper to write the
2. Write your name, class, section, roll number, date and subject at the top right corner of the first sheet (answer script).
3. The question paper will be shared in the respective subject classrooms at 08:45 a.m. Download the question paper. If you find any difficulties in downloading the question paper or opening the link, contact, the respective subject teacher
4. Google form link to attempt objective questions, will be embedded in the Question Paper. Complete and submit the google Then, write the answers to the descriptive questions in the long size ruled paper. Start the exam at 09:15 a.m. and complete it by 10:45 a.m.
5. On completion of the exam, scan the answer papers using any scanner app in PDF format. Rename the file as ‘Class_Section_PMT_Subject_Your name’ and save. Example – ‘G6A_ PMT _English_ Fathima’ if you are a student of G6A and subject is English and your name is
6. Upload the file in the respective link by 11:15 a.m. without fail. The link to upload the files will be shared along with the question paper. If you face any technical issues in scanning and uploading the answer scripts, contact the respective subject teacher immediately.

NOTE:

As you are aware that the CBSE Board shall scrutinise the internal assessment records, schools are expected to preserve the same. So, you are expected to take complete responsibility to safeguard the assessment papers and hand it to the school on demand.
