Online competitions for students

Dear Students of Grade 6 to 8,

We take pride in the unity and integrity of our nation and we must reinstate our patriotism. On 26th January, as we celebrate the Republic Day, we must honour the Constitution of our country.

To celebrate the quintessence of the Republic Day, the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, in association with Ministry of Defence is conducting the following online competitions for students on mygov.in portal till 30th January 2021:

1. Quiz competition – Click (Quiz.MyGov.in)
2. Essay writing competition – Click (innovate.MyGov.in)
3. Poetry writing competition – Click (innovate.MyGov.in)

Following are the themes of the competitions:

1. Indian Constitution
2. Our struggle for freedom
3. Warriors of Indian Independence 4. Knowledge, Traditions, Practices and Heritage of India.

To participate in the competitions,

1. open the portal mygov.in.
2. Register your mobile number.
3. Use the OTP and proceed.
4. Look at the screen shots of the mygov.in portal and link for the Republic Day Online Contests.
5. For any assistance in preparation and submissions for the contests you can contact English and Social Science Subjects teachers.
