It gives me immense pleasure to share my work experience in Balsam Academy.
I got to work as a Middle Math Teacher, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. The twelve months in Balsam, is like twelve years. I have learnt a lot of new things, and today I find myself as a better person.
My first teaching experience in a CBSE school has taught me a lot about what it means to be a teacher and discover myself, as a future educator. I witnessed virtues such as perseverance, sincerity, truthfulness, tolerance and discipline in Balsam. I also learned that I did not have a good sense of time before and now I know how to manage time.
Balsam has transformed me as a competent candidate in the field of educating children. I am looking forward to resuming my journey at Balsam.

Balsam Academy, the 16 year old School in Ranipet, is one of the popular schools in the District. It is one of the Standard CBSE schools with classes LKG to X.
Balsam has a wonderful campus which is always clean and green. Anybody who enters the Campus will feel the freshness.
I entered Balsam two years back and was taken aback by its infrastructure and ambience. The School has state of the art Campus!
The Managements hundred percent involvement in everything has brought the school to the present state.
The teachers of Balsam are well qualified and trained. The School helps them to update themselves with continuous trainings and workshops.
The school focuses not only on academics but also on beyond academics. Many a students of Balsam have gone up to State and National level in various sports events.
